Legacy Real Estate & Associates began in 1971 with a man and his vision. Bill Aboumrad, Sr. started Good Real Estate in Fremont, a company that was bound by ethical standards. Today, the legacy continues with his son, Bill Aboumrad, Jr. who, as the president, holds the same vision for the company. In 2019, Bill Aboumrad, Jr. founded Executive Management Services - a property management firm, to continue in his father's legacy exceptional services in all areas of real estate.
JOANN WHEELER

Originally from England, JoAnn moved to the United States in 1997 and launched her real estate career in 2004 focusing on property management, residential real estate sales, short sales, REO and foreclosure prevention. She specializes in investment planning, rentals and maintenance management. Expertise, experience and a track record for success.

Judi Nield brings over 16 years of real estate marketing expertise to the leadership team at Executive Management Services. Judi holds a bachelor's degree from California State University East Bay in Mass Communications, and enjoys helping others exceed in their marketing endeavors.
